Perfection personified is how we’d describe Travis’s AirBnB. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable w/gorgeous plants in each room. The kitchen was well equipped w/everything you’d need to prepare meals, if you’re a stickler for preparing & eating wholesome & healthy meals. Travis was a very gracious, friendly & welcoming host. Amazing spot in the heart of Brooklyn! Honestly, this Airbnb is a rare find in NYC. As described, this place is a gem. Super high-end, clean, and nice decor. Travis was communicative as well, and checked-in with us to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend.

I had such a great stay here I stayed for a week. I was exhibiting at an Art Fair in Brooklyn, and this was a great location to be at to get there easily on the subway, which is round the block. The apartment was such a lovely place, bright and airy really clean and so relaxing. The bed is super comfortable which was wonderful at the end of a long day. and the shower is so nice with the skylight roof. I would really recommend to stay here and would definitely come back again when I am in Brooklyn, I am so glad I booked it! Thank you Travis and Adé

I absolutely loved staying here. It reminded me a bit of my space in Atlanta. If you’re looking for the brownstone, hey Arnold vibes vibe then this is a location for you. It is a beautiful neighborhood in New York and a beautiful brownstone very walkable felt safe and you also get the New York vibes, the community the feel, etc. In terms of the actual place it’s beautiful. It is a safe sanctuary from the city it’s peaceful you have great views and honestly just feels like home. I felt at home when I was here and it was clean and it was safe. I loved the double doors lol. I would definitely book here and highly recommend it as a solo female traveler. I absolutely love the natural light in the bathroom.

Had a great summer stay with my dog, Harvey. For me, having the private yard in the city was an amenity well worth paying for in exploring places. Adé and Travis were both very responsive whenever I had a question or minor concern and were friendly while giving space. The apartment is very comfortable and is exactly as described in the listing. My dog and I would walk once or twice a day around the neighborhood, and everyone was very friendly. The weekly cleanings were above-and-beyond. Being a block away from the C train really does make getting to Manhattan very easy. One small thing to be aware of for fellow out-of-towners who love their sleep that can take some getting used to is the "sounds of the city" at night, but earplugs and a white noise machine provided by Travis will help you adjust. Would stay again in a heartbeat and grateful for the hosts!

Loved my stay in Brooklyn during 4th of July. Travis’s brownstone has everything one needs- a stocked kitchen; comfy bed; sexy shower; AC; great closet for unpacking & feeling at home; fab host. White noise machine was a saving grace with all the festivities. Lots of sweet little touches like that in this classy space. Lots of narrow stairs up to penthouse, so pack light & be able to haul up a few flights.

Nice and vibrant neighborhood, with some nice shops and nice restaurants, 3 minutes from the metro and 2 minutes from a citibyke station!

Absolutely loved my stay at Travis’ place as it was exactly what I needed and the listing photos totally matched the experience (beautiful and clean). Would definitely book again - Travis was super communicative and proactive.

Beautiful and clean apartment, four minute walk to the train, and close to some many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The plants in the apartment are lovely! The apartment is missing a few hospitality touches, kitchen items, and enough towels, etc. for my liking. Also, the park across the street is very loud, every night, weekdays and weekend nights, sometimes until 4 or 5 AM. I stayed for a week for work, and I got terrible sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this place is great!

I loved my stay and the apartment was immaculate. I especially loved the plants. The street was a little louder than expected, otherwise great location. I would stay again.
